What are the causes?
We know that most diabetes, insulin resistance, and other blood sugar disorders are primarily caused by diet, lifestyle and toxins. Some cases of type 1 diabetes are triggered by a faulty gene, however it now appears that many cases of type 1 (insulin-dependent diabetes) are contributed by viral infection or other toxins, leading to an auto-immune condition. Type 2 is less complicated. Both require an in-depth, comprehensive plan to stabilize and often reverse the underlying mechanisms.
